Our fully trained engineers can offer a Full Maintenance /Servicing programme tailored to your companies individual needs, including Filter Replacement, Dust Extraction Solutions and Duct cleaning and service contracts.

Our service/Maintenance programme is second to none. We have a team of fully skilled service engineers both electrical & mechanical that can carry our servicing & repairs to all Dust, fume & ventilation Extraction equipment.

All types and makes of Extractors can be fully maintained within our service scheme. We can offer a bespoke service contract to suit your requirements.

Our typical service contract covers the following:

Measuring of temperature
Measuring of pressure drop across filters
Visual inspection of condition of filter cartridges
Emission checking (visible and registered by emission control system)
Inspection of air leaks on full systems
Inspection of fans (noise and vibrations)
Visible inspection of seals
Inspection of pulse jet valves/solenoids
Visible inspection of overall condition of electrical and mechanical system components
Elaboration of report

A full duct cleaning contract can also be arranged on term to suit your needs (please see our Ducting pages). We can also arrange & supply a monthly call off on all of your stock filters within your plan to enable our clients to budget for their next filter change out.
